It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications are accurate and that the ordered unit is suitable for its intended purpose. As each unit is custom-made, cancellations due to a change of mind are not permitted. Refunds or replacements may not be available for damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is limited to unloading adjacent to the delivery vehicle; if further movement is required for installation or assembly, prior arrangements must be made by the customer. We strongly recommend anchoring the unit, as high winds or adverse weather may cause damage for which we cannot be held responsible once delivery or installation is complete, all risk transfers to the buyer. Any repairs required due to such events will be chargeable, including dismantling, removal, redelivery, and reinstallation. Delivery and installation dates may be subject to change due to weather conditions. Payment, whether in full or in part, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
