Field Shelter Ground Anchors

Field Shelter Ground Anchors for use with compatible mobile field shelters and stables. We recommend securing suitable shelters and stables appropriately for the site and weather conditions.

The bracket is fixed to the building or skid, then the low-profile anchor is driven through the slot. The slot prevents unwanted rotation. If the building is repositioned, the anchors can be removed and reused.

Each anchor set includes

• 1 bracket: approximately 120mm x 100mm

• Steel bracket: approximately 100mm wide and 5mm thick, with 10mm holes

• 1 low-profile ground anchor: approximately 50mm diameter x 770mm long

• Minimum anchor strength stated as 4000kg

We recommend four anchors, one at each corner of a suitable building. Each anchor requires 6 x M8 x 80mm coach screws, which are not included.

Planning note: Planning requirements depend on the structure, its use and its location. Using ground anchors does not by itself guarantee that a shelter or stable is exempt from planning permission. Check with your local planning authority if you are unsure.
